I wanted the cut of the clothing to be reflected in the anatomy.
Some of the requirements were to move toward a more hard surface feel.
While still retaining a realistic anatomy.
Transparency and being able to see the blue pulsating heart was also important.
Androids get damaged right away during the hostage scene.

Would they be able to heal themselves? And how would it look?
There were a lot of ideas to test out, for the way the skin would react under stress.
They kept on asking for something less organic, so I went back to Kara's original model. Did a quick paint-over to test some ideas.
Florent took over and unlock so many things with just one image!

I stole Florent's concept, and kept on pushing things around.
We still needed to figure out, how to pull those things apart.
